Membership and billing

• Teacher membership is $12/month or $99/year (USD). It renews automatically until cancelled.
• Signed-in members can update payment details, see past invoices or cancel online from Manage membership.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues while your current paid period remains valid. For questions about a charge, contact support.
• Already subscribed through Grammar Spy or a different email? Don’t start a new checkout — see the existing-subscriber notes on the membership page or email us so we can verify and link it.

Sign-in and accounts

• Resource accounts use Google sign-in; the first sign-in creates the account. Use the membership account page.
• Classroom teachers use the separate teacher sign-in.
• Independent learners can practise as guests — work stays on the device — or sign in with Google for optional private saving.

Class codes

Students join with the code their teacher gives them at Join class. They join straight away by default; if the teacher has turned on “Require teacher approval” for that class, they wait for the teacher to approve them. Class codes only join an approved teacher’s classroom; they are not needed for free practice.

Downloads

Paid member downloads check current paid access each time. If a download is refused, sign in with the account that holds the membership and use Check membership. If it still fails, email us and we’ll look into it.
